  • Where do I find prices and availability?

    Go to Price & Availability in the top navigation bar. Please fill in the form. We need just a few pieces of information so that we can provide you with accurate package prices and availability on your wedding date. Then browse the packages to select the one that best suits your needs.

  • What photo & video wedding packages do you offer?

    We offer customized packages so you can pick what is best for your wedding. You can choose a photo only package, video only package or both photo and video. To build your customized package and see prices on your wedding day.

  • Do you offer wedding video packages?

    Yes, we do! To see prices and check availability for your wedding day. Please let us know.

  • Do you offer engagement sessions?

    Yes. When you book a photo and video packages, you will have the option to add on a photo session.

  • Why do you recommend at least 8 hours of photography?

    There are so many moments to capture throughout your special day. From getting ready with your best friends to the last dance of the evening, every moment counts and should be captured on film.

  • What if I want to add on upgrades later?

    No problem. Once you book with us, you’ll receive access to your wedding guide where you’ll be able to add upgrades.

  • Does my package include digital negatives?

    Yes, all of our packages include digital negatives to allow you the freedom to print and send to family and friends.

  • Are my photos color-corrected?

    Yes, all of your images will be color-corrected by our team of editors.

  • How soon after my wedding will I get my pictures?

    Your fully edited pictures will be available to you within 30 days from your wedding date. After your wedding our full time editing staff will get right to work on editing your pictures. Once your gallery is complete, you will get an email, text and a link on your dashboard in your account with a link to your gallery. You will be able to download all of your pictures from your gallery.

  • How many pictures will I get?

    Depending on your day and the number of hours shot, most photographers shoot between 70-100 photos an hour. We do not limit the amount taken or delivered.

  • What are the benefits of having an associate photographer?

    Imagine walking down the aisle and seeing your fiance’s reaction when he first sees you. You’ll want to capture that moment from the perspectives of both you and your fiance. A second photographer is needed to capture both. That’s just one of many reasons to spend a little extra money.

  • How many cameras will my videographer use at my wedding?

    Your videographer will use two cameras in order to capture two angles during the ceremony and reception. This will provide you with a superlative video of your wedding day.

  • How much is the deposit to book my wedding date?

    We have a low $99 initial deposit (down payment), followed by simple monthly payments! The down payment will hold your wedding date and the photographer of your choice. Once you choose your package, you will be able to see your exact payment schedule on the check out page.

  • What is the purpose of a wireless microphone?

    The wireless microphone allows us to capture high-quality sound for your wedding video.

  • I paid online, now what?

    We will be reaching out to say hello within 24-hours. And your wedding guide and account login confirming all your details will be sent to you a few days later. If you have any other questions feel free to contact us.
